Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire, NG31 7UH, hybrid between office and home.
Hours: 30 hours per week, (Preferably 9:00am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday)
Contract type: Fixed Term Contract until 30th November 2023
Salary: £19,063 per annum pro rata.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our Health & Local Crisis Response Team as a Service Administration Assistant.
You will assist the Support Officer in providing administrative and operational support functions to the area that is managed and delivered in accordance with both the needs of the area and corporate requirements.
You will be an efficient administrator who is confident to respond to incoming enquiries from healthcare professionals and members of the public over phone and by email. This is a role which requires a motivated, committed and enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with people in a sensitive yet professional manner. You will be able to use IT systems and databases in your role and produce well written letters and emails.
- Positive, passionate and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Confident in using telephone systems, Microsoft packages & Outlook with the ability to create, amend and manipulate Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications
- General administrative duties; incoming and outgoing mail, answering the telephone and scanning, filing, meeting and greeting customers
- Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with queries in a diplomatic, professional and confidential manner both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work accurately, check documentation for accuracy
