Account Manager
Sector: Financial Research/Intelligence
Location: Central London
Salary: £30-35k + OTE £18k (year 1) uncapped
The Role: As an incoming Account Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing a book of existing accounts and developing relationships with new clients
- Up-selling and cross-selling macroeconomic research to existing accounts
- Targeting financial institutions e.g. Banks, Asset Management firms, P.E. firms etc.
Our client has a strong portfolio of existing Financial Services clients who subscribe to their off-the-shelf, economic research products. Your role will involve renewing current client subscriptions and introducing new product offerings to an existing account base (circa 100 accounts).
Based in our client's Central London office, you'll focus on both the UK and EU markets and will have the opportunity to travel internationally to network and attend industry events. This is an outstanding opportunity for a proactive, up-and-coming account manager to take the next step in their B2B sales career. This role is well suited to a consultative, relationship-builder who believes in putting the customer first.

Requirements: For this Account Manager role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales (required) - experience managing B2B renewal processes is ideal
- Either career experience, a relevant degree, or a keen interest in Economics/Finance
- A natural rapport-builder who is proactive, organised and has a "customer first" mentality
