Job Description


What You’ll be Doing

  • Support the Account Management team in weekly selling of TSTM product including: sample photography, uploading into the Wholesale selling system and collation of all partner orders submitted

  • Accountability for order management alongside trading associate

  • Supporting the Account Manager with visual reporting, interpreting data to provide clear summaries and running analysis to support trade meetings

  • Weekly collation of all digital partner assets

  • Monthly visual review of partner despatch

  • Monitoring partner websites to ensure excellent brand presentation.

  • Managing internal partner order queries

  • Building strong relationships with partners and internal buying teams.

  • Contributing to team and external meetings, following up on actions and updating team

  • Gain a good working knowledge of ASOS systems including WTSO, NuOrder, & Micro Strategy

  • Maintaining awareness of company and division KPIs for season
