Job description
This role supports the delivery of an efficient, timely and effective HR function and support of other relevant stakeholder needs relating to the employment and life-cycle of employees from the offer of a role through to termination, including all administrative tasks associated with this.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees, managers, and external stakeholders
· Managing the centralised HR inbox, responding within a timely manner and escalating where necessary
· Leading the onboarding process via Enboarder, drafting contracts, reference checking, right to work and delivering inductions
· Management of the offboarding process, including drafting leaver letters and completing exit interviews
· Assisting with the monthly payroll reports ensuring there is accurate data
· Management of the electronic employee files
· Effective ‘future proofing’ all role related tasks by creating processes and procedures
· Ensures HR Manager/ Senior HR Manager is aware of all known issues in a timely manner
· Supports and protects, immediate colleagues, other work colleagues and the Playtech brand at all times
· Supporting with administration for the benefits; where required
· Preparing HR reports, such as headcount and turnover reports and other ad-hoc reports
· Input and support HR related projects as and when required
· Updating and managing our UK employee intranet page ‘Playtech Home’
Experience & Qualifications
Essential skills
· Must have administration experience
