Job Title: Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant
- Salary: Starting Salary From £13 (Depending on Experience)
Tenure: Permanent
Hours: Full/PartTime - including some weekends and public holidays

We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join our team as either a full-time or part-time barista at our brand new speciality coffee shop.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve a variety of speciality coffee beverages with precision and consistency
- Take food orders and serve food to customers
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including coffee machines, equipment, and front-of-house areas
- Clear and clean tables promptly, ensuring a welcoming environment for our valued customers
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have about our coffee offerings and food menu
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return
- Other duties as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic about coffee
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work weekends and flexibility with scheduling
- Previous barista experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate
