Job description
Working as part of a team, you are responsible for providing excellent service to customers in our retail shops. You must be a confident person who likes talking to people and will promote our products face to face out in the customer area. Being socially responsible is very important to us and a key part of your role will be to ensure that our age restriction policy is put into practice ,so you must be comfortable in being able to ask younger customers for ID to prove their age. You may also be requested to help with shop floor duties such as shelf stacking and stock rotation.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist with their needs
- Maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Process sales transactions and handle cash/credit card payments
- Provide technical knowledge and advice to customers
- Keep the shop clean
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
