Job description

We are recruiting for a Business/Accounts Administrator for our small but fast-growing hospitality/leisure focused company.

A bit about us: LSS Group are a hospitality/leisure focused company specialising in offering back of house support and other niche services to the sector. We have a broad range of clients of whom we strive to provide the best service possible.

About the job: This is a very varied role with many ad-hoc tasks but some of your main responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day running of the office; including ordering, arranging services, and keeping the office clean and tidy.
  • Taking a part in recruitment including onboarding new starters
  • Being a main point of contact for site managers, agencies, and other service partners
  • Taking charge of the administration for our licensing work
  • Assisting the Accounts team with processing of invoices
  • Supporting other departments when needed

About you: We are looking for someone who is organised with a strong administrative background, having the ability to prioritise a workload to meet deadlines whilst remaining flexible to meet the needs of the wider Business Support team. This would also include:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft/Office 365
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Working knowledge of XERO is a plus
  • A hospitality background is a plus

Our offices are situated on the outskirts of Romsey with limited public transport so own transport is essential.

Hours - 40/Week Monday-Friday. No weekends/Bank Holidays

General office hours are 8:30am-5pm but some flexibility is offered

Salary: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
