Library Assistant - covering libraries in Avonmouth, Sea Mills, Shirehampton, Henbury, Southmead, Horfield, Lockleaze, Henleaze and Westbury

26.5 hours per week

Temporary - until end of May (may extend)

£11.81 per hour

Tate are working with a well-known local authority in their search for a Library Assistant to start ASAP on a temporary basis.

Duties include:

• Assisting customers on the front desk with any queries
• Helping customers on the self-scan area
• Respond to requests, enquiries or complaints which are made either face to face, by email, in writing or by telephone
• Organising and tidying up books
• Handling cash and receipts

Shift pattern for this role are Mondays 9.30-5, Tuesdays 9.30-5, Wednesdays 9-5 and Saturdays 9.30-5, so you need to be available on these days.
