The most exciting opportunity in the country - Cycle Revolution is keen to find the very best Sales Assistant to support the Store Manager within a brand new dedicated EMTB store. Located in Stanway, Colchester the store (under final fit and finish) will contain a broad selection of the very best brands that are sure to please local riders.
The store will showcase the bikes in designated ‘brand’ displays. A high level of service and attention to detail will provide the very best rider experience. Informing, guiding, and supporting the total rider journey, including demo rides and experience days.
Detailed training and a generous employee support program will ensure this role brings out the very best in the right candidate.

General activities Include:
· Creating great customer relationships, advising and selling bicycles/components, delivering the very best in store experience
· Using B2B sites to assist with sales, stock enquiries and ordering (utilising staff training modules as appropriate)
· Supporting the service area during the busier times, accepting bookings for repairs and deliveries of service-related stock
· Carry out full use and functioning of the EPOS system to process orders and purchases as necessary. This will include:
- EPOS till front, handling cash and card payments
- accepting deliveries and booking in sales and service-related stock
- progressing finance applications and associated paperwork
- completing Cycle Scheme sales/collections and associated paperwork
- building the best communications with brand representatives
- maintenance of bike/accessories and bike stock, and pricing of clothing and accessories on display
- helping to ensure the showroom is maintained at a high presentation standard
- successfully navigating customer service requests
- participation with marketing initiatives and events, including social channels
