Job description

Do you have experience with supporting a network of customer support teams? We are looking for someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and has the proven ability to provide continuous support and recognise our committed value of customer 1st. We are looking to appoint a highly organised Account Co-ordinator to join our already established account management time here at our Hunter's Point site, based in Corby on a 12-month fixed term contract.

You will actively work alongside our team of Account Managers to help manage the customer requirements to a successful and progressive outcome. Our Account Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the management of customer service standards and make sure we deliver successfully on our 'customer 1st' value, and make sure standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities of our Account Co-Ordinator:

    Understand and track progress against SLA’s
    Invoice all processes and materials accurately to the customer/accounts with data from the report analysts
    Being active and closely working with the Account Managers and Operational management team to process the requirements of our customers in a quick and efficient manner
    Identify opportunities to improve customer service levels
    Maintain stock control and stock file integrity. Ensure Goods received stock figures are entered onto the internal stock database in a timely fashion
    To effectively manage all expectations in line with achievable operational service levels. Attend customer visits on and off site

Key responsibilities of out Account Co-Ordinator:

    Experience of warehousing processes or E-Commerce would be ideal for this role
    Demonstrable experience in relationship management
    Experience of delivering projects within agreed deadlines
    Great deal of accuracy with high attentional to detail at all times
    Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    Be quick to adapt to changing priorities and able to manage a high volume of timebound tasks across several accounts
