Do you have experience with supporting a network of customer support teams? We are looking for someone who has experience working in a fast-paced environment and has the proven ability to provide continuous support and recognise our committed value of customer 1st. We are looking to appoint a highly organised Account Co-ordinator to join our already established account management time here at our Hunter's Point site, based in Corby on a 12-month fixed term contract.
You will actively work alongside our team of Account Managers to help manage the customer requirements to a successful and progressive outcome. Our Account Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the management of customer service standards and make sure we deliver successfully on our 'customer 1st' value, and make sure standards are maintained.
