Job description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team and be responsible for selling high-quality wood flooring products. As the Sales Manager, you will be in charge of both exploring new business opportunities and maintaining existing clients, as well as establishing and managing distribution channels. If you have experience in floor sales in the UK and are passionate about the wood flooring industry, we look forward to having you on board!
Job requirements:
1. At least 3 years of work experience in the UK floor sales sector, with a good understanding of wood flooring products and industry trends.
2. Possess excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of building long-term business relationships with customers and achieving sales targets.
3. Have some customer resources and be familiar with the distribution channels for floor products, with the ability to manage and develop a distribution network.
4. Possess outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, capable of working closely with internal teams to achieve synergy.
5. Have strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to effectively handle multiple projects and tasks.
6. Demonstrate high self-motivation and a positive work attitude, maintaining high efficiency and flexibility under pressure.
Job responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
2. Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and continuously increasing sales through cross-selling.
3. Managing and developing distribution channels, collaborating with distributors to ensure product supply and market coverage.
4. Analysing market trends and competitors' movements, providing market intelligence and feedback to the management team to formulate corresponding sales strategies.
5. Coordinating internal team collaboration, including production, logistics, and after-sales support, to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
Remuneration and benefits:
Salary will be commensurate with your experience and skills, matching industry averages. Working hours will also reflect these standards, with flexible arrangements possible. The probation period will be one month, during which your performance will be evaluated.
