Looking for a career and not just a job? We are recruiting for an Accommodation Manager to join the team at Solway Holiday Park, Cumbria. Situated on the coastline of the Solway Firth and set in 130 acres of beautiful parkland, Solway is your gateway to the Lake District.

Job Title: Accommodation Manager

Location: Solway Holiday Village, Silloth, Cumbria CA7 4QG

Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time - 45 hour week

Salary: To £30,000 per annum, plus benefits, depending on experience

Shift Patterns: Mon – Fri / Weekends and Bank Holidays

About the role:

Being Accommodation Manager within a Holiday Park business is a real challenge; managing one of the largest teams and busiest operations, there is never a dull moment. Our in-house team of housekeepers, supplemented by our third-party cleaning contractors, are key to providing the exceptional experience our guests expect. You will be responsible for setting and communicating standards and organising the cleaning rotas for our hire fleet of luxury caravans and lodges. In addition, you will have full responsibility for managing the quality of the accommodation, including inventory, maintenance, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.

Out with peak times, you will implement our Winter Programme, managing deep cleans, upgrades and any more specialist maintenance requirements.
