Accommodation Manager
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (including some evenings and weekends)
Job Types: Permanent
Are you an experienced Manager with a background in Customer Service, Sales, Finances, Team Management, Maintenance and Health & Safety? Have you worked in Purpose Built Student Accommodation or a similar setting? If the answer is yes then we’d love to hear from you.
The role
As a Accommodation Manager you will oversee the smooth operational running of multiple sites and operations teams across the defined city/area. Accountable for the day to day management of the accommodation teams including sales, revenue, health & safety, people management, team engagement and customer satisfaction. Ensuring building management is to a high standard, conducting regular audits and accountable for site(s) compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
Previous site management experience in a same or similar role i.e. Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), Hospitality, Leisure, Sales, Multi site Management
