Job description
Assist Services Group are looking for experienced Doorman, who have worked within exclusive members clubs/ 5* hotel environments. Who have exceptional customer services skills to join the security team for a 5* Hotel bar in Mayfair, London.
Pay Rate:
£13.66
Full Time: Monday to Saturday
Part Time: Thursday to Saturday
Shift Times:
Mon-Wed: 17:00 to 00:30
Thu-Sat: 17:00 to 01:30

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the premises remain secure and free from any potential threats.
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and friendly demeanour, reflecting the impeccable service standards of our 5-star establishment.
- Conduct thorough security checks and inspections to prevent unauthorised access and maintain a high level of vigilance.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with tact and diplomacy, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Collaborate closely with hotel staff and management to address security-related matters and maintain clear communication channels.
- Respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations, following established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
- Operate security equipment such as CCTV systems and access control systems proficiently.
Requirements:
-Experienced Doorman
- Proven experience in security services, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make informed decisions in challenging situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact.
- A keen sense of responsibility and integrity.
- Valid SIA license is required (DS Badge)
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
