As a 2nd line support engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring that all systems are up and running at all times.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in IT support, with a particular focus on Azure and Microsoft 365. The 2nd line support engineer will be familiar with a range of different technologies and platforms, and be able to adapt quickly to new challenges as they arise.
As a 2nd line support engineer, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with the highest level of service. You will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of all support requests, and for ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
