Malmesbury Park Primary Academy, Reach South Academy Trust is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join the School in April 2023.
Post: Teaching Assistant
Location: Malmesbury Park Primary Academy, Lowther Road, Bournemouth, BH8 8LU
FTE Salary Range: NJC Grade 3, Point 4-6, £21,189 rising to a maximum of £21,968 per annum; pro rata for part time contract.
Actual Annual Salary: £16,491.60 rising to a maximum of £17,097.91 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent, part-time, term-time only (39 weeks per year)
Contract Hours: 32.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday
About the role
As a member of teaching support staff at Malmesbury Park Primary School, you’ll be working in a team of like-minded individuals who all want the best for the learners in our school. You will be working as part of the teaching support team providing support to the children and staff alike. Your role will require you to work with individuals, small groups and on occasions classes. You will lead intervention groups to ensure children achieve the very best they can.

They will have experience and a talent for engaging with complex children, encouraging social interaction, developing independence, self esteem and encouraging all individuals to achieve their goals.

About the Trust
Reach South is a young and developing Trust which operates across the South West of England with the aim of delivering all through 3-19 education.
