Youth Support Worker - Outdoor Learning
37.5 hours per week, including 2/3 evenings per week (other, more flexible hours would be considered)
Starting Salary £212155 - £22,425 per annum
We are looking to appoint a Youth Support Work - Outdoor Learning, to join our delivery team. As a Youth Support Work - Outdoor Learning your role will be to support, develop and engage children and young people to develop their social and emotional capabilities and emotional wellbeing, improve their engagement with learning.
You will be working across both our Outdoor Learning and Youth Support Work projects to support the social and emotional development of young people. Your work will include individual support, educational support, outreach work, youth centre based work and residential programmes and outdoor learning.
This position requires a dynamic, enthusiastic, and flexible person with experience of working with young people. You must have the ability to provide ongoing support for young people and be able to plan, run and monitor group activities.
Evening and occasional weekend working will be required.
All placements are subject to an Enhanced DBS Check.
