We're on the hunt for a Youth Support Worker to join our team at Lara Search. As a Youth Support Worker, you'll be working with a team of awesome professionals to provide support and guidance to young people in need.

About the role:
- Youth Support Worker to support students 2 – 19 years old.
- Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
- Develop positive interactions to build confidence and self-esteem.
- To work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the progress of students is prioritized.

Requirements:
- Available to work 08:30 - 16:00, Monday to Friday.
- Recent experience supporting children or adults with additional needs.
- Able to carry out personal care as part of the role.
- Available immediately to work as a Youth Support Worker.
- Happy to apply for or already have an enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service.
