Job description
Some evening and weekend work, and flexible working required.
Our thriving charity in the heart of the communities we serve is recruiting for a Young People’s Worker to lead the personal, educational, creative and social development of children and young people in Turlin Moor, Branksome and Bourne.
The post holder will work alongside the Senior Young People’s Worker to help young people to reach their potential, in an environment where they can learn to discover exciting new ideas and activities, experiment, thrive, treat themselves and others with kindness and respect and be positive, motivated and resilient.
We need someone who has experience working with challenging behaviours and who demonstrates patience, excellent aspirations for the young people and can offer a welcoming enthusiastic outlook.
If you can champion children and young people within our communities and work within a team focussed on delivering support to children and young people, we want to hear from you!
