About the programme
If you are currently in your penultimate year at university and are considering a career in Project Management then we may have the perfect placement opportunity for you. Our 1 year programme will provide you with the opportunity to experience the full lifecycle of project delivery, planning and programme management guided by leading industry professionals who will coach, manage and mentor you.
We’ll support your development throughout the 1 year placement, where you will be working with colleagues from across the National Highways. This is a chance to learn on the job in a large organisation that spends £393m of funding. A great way for you to [BR1]supplement your final year at University and help you step up into the jobs market when you finish your course.
Our programme offers:
· Starting Salary of £ 22,500 per annum

· On-the-job training with a chance to experience many different aspects of Project Management

About you
We are looking for ambitious students who are in their penultimate year seeking a placement opportunity. An individual who can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Good communication skills, both written and oral are also a must, as are the personal skills necessary to work as a member of a team and to maintain good relations with stakeholders. You pride yourself on your integrity, and on the quality of your work. This role will provide lots of opportunity for both personal and professional development in a large evolving organisation.
We ask that you hold the following:
· At least a 2:2 degree in any subject
· A minimum of a Grade C / Grade 4 in Mathematics AND English Language at GCSE
