Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Generate well-researched and engaging blog posts on a variety of topics relevant to our industry or niche.
Topic Research: Conduct thorough research to gather information, statistics, and references to support your content.
Writing and Editing: Craft compelling and error-free blog posts with attention to grammar, spelling, and readability. Revise and proofread content as needed.
SEO Optimization: Incorporate relevant keywords, meta tags, and other SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and search engine rankings of our blog.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest hockey, basketball or football trends, news, and developments to produce timely and relevant content.
Requirements:
Good writing skills
Ability to produce well-structured, informative, and engaging content.
Great time management skills to meet deadlines
Passion for all hockey, basketball, or football news
Familiarity with SEO best practices and the ability to optimize content accordingly is a plus.
Understanding of content management systems and related tools is a plus.
