Avaliable Job Today We are a progressive farming business using modern machinery and production techniques to grow cereals, peas, onions and potatoes across 1200Ha close to the coast in East Suffolk.
We run a fleet of modern farm machinery including tractors, cultivators, planters, irrigation equipment, harvesters and produce graders as well as various vehicles.
We are looking for someone to help carry out routine maintenance to our equipment as well as deal with breakdowns as and when they occur. As such time will be spent in the workshop, but also using a service van to attend breakdowns in the field in order to keep the wheels rolling.
The role would suit an experienced engineer / fitter, ideally with some agricultural experience. Extensive training will be given to cover the wide range of machinery and equipment present on the farm.
The package offered will reflect the experience of the applicant.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
