A luxurious and thriving aesthetic practice in the heart of Mayfair, Dr Preema London Clinic is looking for an exuberant and passionate Receptionist to join us on the next stage of our exciting journey. Maintaining our busy front desk whilst ensuring the smooth running of each day, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and checking in patients and working closely with the other Receptionists to maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
- Diary management for our team of practitioners, scheduling appointments to optimise treatment times and maximise our potential for revenue generation.
- Coordinating phone and email enquiries, focussing on high standards of customer care and increasing conversion rates from enquiries to bookings.
- Building relationships with our patients and providing ongoing aftercare to encourage high patient satisfaction and retention rates.
- Proactively identifying patient pain points and resolving issues before they escalate. Where necessary, handling patient feedback and complaints.
- Accurately processing and recording payments on Clinic Software.
- Working closely with the Clinic Manager and the other Receptionists to maintain accurate stock control.
- Cultivating positive patient reviews and promoting our patient referral scheme.
- Assissting the smooth running of events in our dedicated Training Suite.
- Taking and uploading content for social media.
The ideal candidate must be well-presented, articulate, with a keen eye for detail and have demonstrable administrative experience of working for a premium brand within the aesthetics industry.
In addition to salary, the successful candidate may also receive a performance-based bonus. The salary is paid based on 40 hours per week worked Monday to Friday, including some evenings up to 8:30pm.
