As ACD, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the charge on some of the most exciting projects in the industry. • Manage freelance talent: Oversee freelance creatives to ensure high-quality output and strategic relevance of projects.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh perspectives to each project, continuously raising the bar for creative excellence.
  • Manage like a pro: Keep projects moving forward, ensuring deadlines are met, and budgets are managed.
  • Sell it like a boss: Present your ideas with confidence and charisma, selling clients on your vision and winning their trust.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Extensive experience in advertising or creative agencies, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior creative position.
  • A portfolio that showcases your creative prowess in B2B and B2C, and your ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to sell your ideas to both internal and external audiences.
