As ACD, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the charge on some of the most exciting projects in the industry. From collaborating with cross-functional teams to developing challenging creative briefs to mentoring and managing some of the most talented creatives in the game. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our ambitious agency.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Unleash your creative genius: Lead the conceptualisation and execution of projects that break the mould and push boundaries.
  • Collaborate with the best: Work closely with account management, strategy, and production teams to develop compelling briefs that exceed client needs and drive results.
  • Mentor and grow: Help your team members reach their full potential by providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage freelance talent: Oversee freelance creatives to ensure high-quality output and strategic relevance of projects.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh perspectives to each project, continuously raising the bar for creative excellence.
  • Manage like a pro: Keep projects moving forward, ensuring deadlines are met, and budgets are managed.
  • Sell it like a boss: Present your ideas with confidence and charisma, selling clients on your vision and winning their trust.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Extensive experience in advertising or creative agencies, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior creative position.
  • A portfolio that showcases your creative prowess in B2B and B2C, and your ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to sell your ideas to both internal and external audiences.
  • Proven experience managing projects and teams, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
  • A serious strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Outstanding design abilities and a desire to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when deadlines are tight.
  • No egos. You’ll be a team player that leads from the front.
  • This role is based in our Sheffield office and is not a remote role.
