Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Supporter Relations and Facilities management, you will be responsible for the daily maintenance of the Chippenham based office, Brookfield House, 38 St Paul Street, Chippenham SN15 1LJ.
You will be expected to carry out the cleaning of all office space and ensure that the building is clean and in an orderly condition for all staff (volunteers & external visitors)
Contracted working hours will be 10hrs a week (2hrs per day) Monday to Friday.
1. Main responsibilities include.
- You will be expected to be a listed keyholder for Brookfield House and will be responsible for opening/closing and setting the intruder alarm, as required.
- Take care of the daily maintenance of our Chippenham Office, cleaning all office space, toilets, communal areas & meeting rooms.
- Emptying of all internal bins, ready for schedule contractual waste collection dates
- Monitor stock levels for cleaning products and inform Facilities Manager when items are required.
2. Other responsibilities/Compliance.
- You will maintain an understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace and complete any required training.
- Have a basic understanding of COSHH requirements and regulations.
