Job description
About us
Our thing is courage, we help people become braver leaders and organisations to create cultures that heal and not hurt. We work mostly in healthcare and education. Both directors have clinical backgrounds in emergency care and mental health. We do big things like global summits and conferences, and we do intimate things like small leadership programmes and 1:1 work. We love projects that create social change - mostly in the mental health space.
We practice what we preach, and have built our award-winning development consultancy on the same values we teach. Everyone's contribution, opinions and skills matter, we are quirky creative and have big goals, we want the same for you. our environment is friendly, fun and gets stuff done.
If you like being part of a small team and getting on and doing your own thing, this role will suit you. This short term role will be supporting our Ops Manager and CEO with administrative activities on various projects during spring.
This is a new position and in addition to some general admin there is an opportunity for you to gain flexible experience in projects including our social impact campaign around calling people by their chosen name in health organisations (#CallMe), and providing admin support to our Braver Leaders programmes.
This will be mostly home based working, but you will be required to be in our Stratford on Avon based office some of the time. There is scope in this role to explore your own creative skills.
You need to be:
* Independant and organinsed, eager to both learn and contribute
* Digitally competent - we use a number of mainstream and bespoke systems, we expect you to be familar with google workspace, dropbox, powerpoint, zoom and excel, training will be given for for the more bespoke elements.
* Familar with social media, you role will include research and posting and potentially some content development as part of our campaign pressence. The health sector favours Linked In and Twitter. If you have an eye for design or are keen to learn that's a bonus.
* Familiarity with wordpress content management is a bonus (we're not expecting to to be a web developer, or understand the dark art of SEO)
The role is for 15 hours (ideally spread across 3 days) a week starting as soon after 20th March until 19th May.
The closing date for applications is 6th March and interviews will be held over zoom on 14th Marth
