ISS FACILITY SERVICES are currently recruiting a Workspace Co-ordinator to join the team located in one of the prestigious and strong European retail banking business contracts.

Job Title: Workplace Support Co-Ordinator
CONCEPT:

Job Purpose:
Workplace Support Co-Ordinator – ISS Integrated Solutions will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and cost effective workplace support services to the client’s building for which they are responsible.

To provide administration support to the management, staff and functions at the designated BNP Paribas locations. They will engage with individuals throughout BNPP and service providers at all levels to ensure service excellence at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational
¨ Monitor the physical environment through a system of daily floor walk audits, monitoring of the day-to-day running and upkeep of the site fabric, to include H & S, Security, Cleaning and Maintenance.
¨ Ensure Site compliance with H&S legislation reviewing accidents on KMI and conduct initial incident investigations.
¨ Be the initial point of contact for on-site managers/staff over site-specific Facilities related issues.
¨ Monitoring of calls to Helpdesk,Service Now. Liaise with local customers to ensure satisfaction, and monitor efficiency of response.
¨ Ensure site security procedures are maintained, specifically documents such as the site security incident log, Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Invocation procedures.
¨ Being a central point of local contact for Management as well as answering the main helpdesk enquiries through different medium and to ensure timely completion
¨ Liaise with local customers to ensure satisfaction, and monitor efficiency of response.
¨ Ensuring Site Inductions are carried out with new joiners and contractors.
¨ Assist with staff security ID access cards for the site.
¨ Assist Worksoace Supervisor in production of site specific reports
¨ Upkeep of site specific documentation including but not limited to Business Continuity Plan and staff security and Health and Safety training records. Staff personal information, Supplier summary, Periodic schedules
¨ Ensuring local procedures are kept up to date and that new procedures are written as and when required to ISO 9001 standards.
¨ Filing of paperwork and completed forms to auditable standards
¨ To ensure all building and facilities information signage is correct, up to date and complies with corporate standards
¨ Participate, as required, in Sustainability initiatives, as directed by the IS Facilities Manager, and under the guidance of the Sustainability Officer
¨ Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the on-site management team
Health & Safety
¨ To comply with the company and customers health & safety policies.
¨ To adhere to the company uniform & personal hygiene standards.
¨ To wear personal protective equipment as required, when carrying out specific duties, in accordance with the standards of performance manual.
¨ Maintain a Healthy, Safe, and Secure Environment and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation.
¨ Carry out weekly H&S floor walks, reporting hazards as appropriate
