Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Medical Staffing Coordinator to join our busy Temporary Staffing Team supporting the trust in sourcing a range of Medical Bank Staff for short and long term bookings. The Medical Staffing team is part of the People Division at Homerton Hospital where we believe a diverse team delivers the highest quality care for our patients and colleagues.
The successful candidate will work as part of a small, friendly well organised team delivering day-to-day staffing provision across our hospital and community sites.
You will have administration experience with a knowledge of Medical staffing processes, and be highly organised with the ability to manage and prioritise your own workload. Prior experience of working in a temporary Staffing or similar environment would be an advantage.
Your day to day duties will include matching suitable Bank and Agency Staff to available shifts, maintaining accurate and up to date staff records, being available to Bank members and Heads of Departments regarding staffing issues, and escalating where appropriate to the Staff Bank Supervisor and Manager.

This post is offered as a full time position, 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis covering the office hours of Monday to Friday between 8am to 7pm, weekend and bank holiday cover maybe required.
