The role of the Workplace Coach is to provide individual levels of training and support to new entrants, apprentices, casual or agency staff and existing operational employees.
To continue with our success, we need dedicated colleagues that are passionate about delivering high standards of customer service, enjoy supporting colleagues to improve and learn new skills and are keen to support managers to introduce changes through coaching and development.
As a Workplace Coach you will be responsible for providing support to ensure the approach and required training standards are maintained. Leading by example you will ensure correct procedures are adhered to and appropriate coaching is provided to address shortfalls.
Hours of work: Hours will be as your current contract
Salary: Coaching allowance of £ 41.49 per week (pro rata)
To succeed, you need an in-depth knowledge of your operational unit. You will have good communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude to developing and supporting people. You will need the ability to organise and create an environment where coaching can take place and have the flexibility to alter the pace of learning. Good listening and questioning skills are required and the ability to provide learners with constructive feedback to plan their learning.
Full Training will be provided and in return we offer the above allowance.

Selection process
After completion of your online application, you will receive an email inviting you to take an online assessment. The responses to this will allow us to evaluate your competencies compared to those required of a Workplace Coach. It is important you complete this assessment as the results will then be used to shortlist applicants for interview. If successful at this stage, you will then be invited to a face to face interview.
