Job description
Job Type: Permanent | Location: Home-based | Salary: £Discussed Upon Application
Your passion for enhancing and evolving healthcare can be realised. This Workforce Consultant /
Healthcare Change Manager role is an overarching creative and collaborative force for designing and delivering tangible, meaningful change within the NHS.
Attain – the largest independent health advisory and delivery organisation in the UK – is the
home of authentic, people-powered partnerships. With us, you can realise your passion for
improving healthcare for all.
This role will allow you to investigate and unlock meaningful strategic solutions. In this
Workforce Change Manager role, you’ll be empowered to see the wood for the trees, rather than
being restricted and stalled by daily issues.
Attain’s approach to healthcare consulting is built on expertise in listening, respecting, and
helping. An architect for strategic consulting, you’ll be the empathetic and objective voice
overseeing our entire workforce systems and mapped-out missions.
Do You Offer…?
- Proven experience designing and delivering healthcare workforce change strategies
- Demonstrable experience working and interacting with analytics and data
- Microsoft Office proficiency; a confident user of Excel and PowerPoint
- Exposure to project management tools and working methodologies
Our values-driven approach at Attain is built on our people. We’re a multi-disciplinary team that
adopts a collaborative, matrix approach defined by hands-on support and shared accountability.
We’re passionate problem-solvers with a strong reputation for achieving lasting improvements
from health and social care projects – inclusive of system design, service transformation, and
commercial advice.
With us, working remotely, you’ll be travelling to sit down with NHS customers and healthcare
organisation systems. Digging into the data to drill down workforce issues and map out
solutions, you’ll be engaging with clinicians plus HR and workforce leads. Demonstrating an
aptitude for listening, planning, and helping, you’ll be a facilitator and a creative initiator of
resource optimisation to help the NHS amid arguably no greater workforce crisis out there.
As well as getting stuck into dynamic consultative work on projects of up to 12 months in length,
you’ll be helping to build and evolve Attain’s journey towards providing a suite of long-term
projects to support lasting workforce relationships.
Attain is here to partner with the NHS and strengthen it. Whether it’s liaising with clinical staff or
presenting to a board, your skill is putting people at ease and understanding the pressures being
faced. Our work isn’t a transaction, it’s a process map for improvement.
The Benefits…
- Performance/profit-based annual bonus of circa 10%
- 27 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays on top
- 6% employer contribution pension scheme
- Company-paid subscription to a professional body
- Hybrid working but also opportunities to work in coworking spaces
- A suite of learning tools to support continuing professional development
- Experience a rich variety of delivery projects across different care areas
