This is an exciting opportunity to join the Debenhams team here at Boohoo Group. Supporting an Account Manager and a global partner to deliver the agreed business plan and provide excellent customer service. Liaising with our internal brands team and partner, you will be the point of contact for this key partnership, ensuring the accounts needs are met and relevant product is put forward and delivered in order to drive sales.

What you’ll be doing

  • Maintain a great relationship with the partner through regular communication and efficient issue resolution.
  • Tracking partner deliveries with regular contact with brand and warehouse team. Ensuring changes are communicated and any issues flagged.
  • Working closely with the account manager to fulfil areas of OTB, ensuring commitment is tracked, allocated and dispatched in line with deadlines.
  • Updating and maintaining the partner order tracker with additional orders, cancellations and amendments.
  • Amend supplier purchase orders to reflect changes communicated by brands.
  • Producing sales reports for weekly trade update and ad hoc reporting to support decision making.
  • Working closely with the product team to ensure the range appropriateness in market for each brand across the Boohoo Group.
  • Supporting with order raising during buying season
  • Problem solving to resolve partner queries.

More about you

  • Proficient computer skills including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including lookups and pivot tables.
  • Experience dealing with large data sets with a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong commercial awareness from a retail background, with good understanding of planning & trading. Wholesale or B2B experience a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and ensure challenging deadlines are met, in line with critical path and partner’s needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of working with key internal and external stakeholders to build productive relationships.
