This is for you if…
- You have a genuine and deep-rooted interest in others and enjoy building long-term relationships. You are great listener, show real empathy and have that ‘real feel’ for how to anticipate the needs of others. You live it in the personal example you set and in leading others.
- You want to take your experience and passion for high end service (possibly, but not necessarily gained in hospitality, travel or retail) and step out of the conventional sectors to be part of creating a new lifestyle choice for the over-65s in central London.
- You are a creator, not a follower. Retirement living is a new and rapidly expanding sector which we are setting the standard for in central London. In this role, you’re not following in anyone’s footsteps, you’re creating footprints. As the House Manager this is your opportunity to be on our journey from the start.
Key responsibilities of the House Manager role
- Lead a concierge, maintenance and housekeeping team providing 24-hour hospitality services to the residents in our 161 luxury apartments including our exceptional amenity spaces including spa, cinema, club room, bars and restaurant.
- Co-ordinate with key partners, including food and drink, care, and other third-party suppliers to deliver an exceptional resident experience.
- Support the delivery of a diverse range of resident-centric activities and events.
- Manage communication with our residents, including through our resident app.
A rewarding role
- Starting salary of £55,000, plus performance-related bonus
- 40-hour week, Monday to Friday
