We would love you to join our team as our new Marketing Communications Manager. This will be a key role within our busy charity team, working closely with the Head of RUHX, you will have personal responsibility for developing and implementing new ways of workings, new projects and reporting on our impact. You will work with colleagues and departments across the RUH on developing new charity projects and our impact framework.

No two days in our team are the same and we are flexible about where you work. We split our time evenly between working at home and in the office as well as being out and about in Bath and beyond.

As a valued member of our busy RUHX Team, you will lead on marketing and communications, and act as the brand guardian for the charity, ensuring that as a team we are consistent in our visual identity, messaging, tone of voice and telling inspiring stories that engage new supporters and retain existing donors and volunteers. The successful candidate will lead the development of marketing campaigns and external communications that drive audience and income growth at the charity. You will use engaging and innovative tactics to build brand recognition and develop strategies that support and compliments our different income-generation activities across our extensive fundraising portfolio.

We need someone with knowledge of developing strategies for a range of audiences and different offline and online marketing channels . We would also like you to have hands-on experience in managing a busy social media schedule and managing website content.
