We have just taken on an exciting new role for an office manager within a growing global asset management firm! There is a team of 10 in their newly refurbished London offices, and over 200 across their international locations. They are looking for an ambitious and proactive candidate to join the small support team and assist in the smooth running of the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the smooth running of the office
- Act as first point of contact meeting and greeting guests and vendors
- Assist with setup and breakdown of meetings (including dialing into virtual meetings)
- Liaise with administration and facilities team addressing general office needs
- Provide phone line and administrative coverage for reception desk
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
- Stock office and kitchen supplies
- Perform other project related duties as assigned
The right candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate an “all hands-on deck” mentality every day
- Proficient in various technology facets
- Excellent work ethic, proactive / self-motivated disposition, and strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrate proficiency with MS Office Suite
