HR Team Assistant
An exciting opportunity has arisen as a HR Coordinator, reporting to and supporting the Director of HR Operations.
About the role
The HR Coordinator will provide seamless administrative support and develop a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of the Business Unit to ensure a smooth running office. They will also coordinate team activity for both the HR Operations and for the Inclusion, Diversity and Wellbeing Strategy Lead, to ensure key roles are supported with administrative and project tasks.
The HR Coordinator will manage schedules effectively and ensure the wider team are prepared and able to deliver on agreed deadlines. Working in partnership with other personal assistants, the HR Coordinator will demonstrate a flexibility and readiness to adapt and work on multiple projects at one time.
About you
We are looking for someone who has excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills, as well as efficient in PowerPoint and excel. You will with experience in extensive diary management coordination, as well as experience in coordinating events, projects or training courses.
Organisational skills and excellent time management will come naturally to you, as well as the ability to build relationships and provide a strong customer service focus when dealing with both internal and external parties.
