About the role
As HR Admin Assistant you'll be supporting the People function of Coincover. This is an integral part of the business as we are embarking on a huge growth period. From making sure the office is set up for the day, through to booking candidate meetings with internal stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process, you'll be a true asset to the team!
An organised self-starter, with great communication skills and business understanding.. You'll be given the opportunity to take the initiative on certain processes and procedures we putting in place. Our mission is to make digital currency investments simple, safe and secure for everyone. We are building the next generation of cryptocurrency services for the fast-growing community of digital currency investors - many of whom are new to crypto.
By combining insurance with the latest security features, Coincover is the first and only service to guarantee digital funds will not be lost or stolen. Coincover significantly reduces risk and makes digital currency investments simple, safe and secure for retail and business customers.
Founded in 2018 in with the aim of making owning cryptocurrency safer and more accessible, we are a Cardiff-based fintech / insurtech start up operating in a global market– and you will be in at the beginning, working with us to change the way people accumulate, hold and manage their cryptocurrency.
This will be a dynamic, yet stretching role which will suit someone who is focused, embraces change and wants to make a big difference creating something completely new.
What you'll be doing

- Front like HR queries
- Coordinate Exec diaries where needed
- Booking interviews and co-ordinating calendars to support our recruitment
- Adding new starters to our HR system, running reports and leasing with payroll and other key stakeholders
- Ensuring new starter information is completed and shared to ensure a seamless onboarding and induction process
- Owning the internal HR system, Bob from new candidates through to leavers
- Setting-up the office; making sure the office is tidy and replenished on a daily basis
- Booking meetings and interviews via phone and email
- Co-ordinating diaries for both internal and external stakeholders
- Using MS Office and other internal systems for specific tasks
- General office support and admin

In the first three months you'll be:
- Helping support the People function in achieving our recruitment target
- Creating and streamlining processes for efficiency
- Owning the Bob system and all its functionality
