IT Support Engineer
New Forest, Hampshire
£30,000 – £40,000 basic
Your Challenge
As a result of a recent acquisition and business expansion, this is a brand-new position.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical support for escalated service desk tickets, ensuring prompt and high-quality resolution of all issues. While 95% of the support will be conducted remotely, there will also be opportunities to visit clients and actively engage in various exciting projects and migrations. Therefore, a driving licence is required.
Your support will encompass a range of technologies, including O365, Intune, Endpoint, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.

This IT Service Provider is a leading provider of IT solutions for organisations in across the South Coast and UK.
Following a recent acquisition by a larger corporate entity, the company is experiencing significant growth and is seeking talented individuals to join them on their journey.
This is a full-time office-based role, but they are open to discussing a hybrid working arrangement once you have settled in and become part of the team in the first 3 months.
About You:
First and foremost, you should be an experienced 2nd line engineer have experience supporting the following technologies:
- Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange, SharePoint, Security and Compliance – Endpoint Manager
- Active Directory (On Premise and AAD)
- Group Policy Management
- Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022
- Exposure to the deeper elements of Microsoft Azure – preferrable
Previous experience of working in an MSP environment is advantageous.
