Job description
The Wholesale Admin Assistant will support the Wholesale Account Management team in contributing to delivering growth and revenue. You will be a key asset in the wholesale team, ensuring the departments needs are met and will also interface closely with the supply chain and brand teams at Boohoo.

What You'll be doing
- Effectively manage wholesale commitment and intake
- Tracking and monitoring all brands wholesale orders against critical path
- Reporting on delivery changes affecting wholesale partners and provide up to date and accurate delivery feedback
- Proactively identifying intake and allocation issues and working closely with Account Management team to resolve
- Maintain and update accurate partner trackers
- Review warehouse packing lists, escalating any large discrepancies to team
- Allocate partner stock in line with purchase order process, liaising with supply chain to ensure timely dispatch of all lines

More about you
- Proficient computer skills including strong understanding of Microsoft Excel including lookups and pivot tables
- Experience dealing with large data sets with consistency and data accuracy
- Ability to prioritise workflow and ensure challenging deadlines are met, in line with critical path and department’s needs
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in building productive relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Always strives to improve the department’s operation and increase knowledge of own and related job functions
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
