WMS Ltd are a fast growing property maintenance & construction company based throughout the Southwest with office's in Bideford, Redruth, Somerset and Chudleigh. WMS are an accredited member of Investors In People Award and an equal opportunity employer. We carry out contracts for both Public and Private sectors throughout the southwest of England.

Due to expansion we are seeking to appoint a Plumber/wetroom fitter based from our Chudleigh branch to cover the Devon area. A good general knowledge of other trades would be an advantage.

Works to include wetroom/bathroom and general maintenance/refurbishment works – works include out of hours across the area for extra pay.

What we are looking for:

· An excellent attitude towards work with a can-do mentality.

· A hard-working work ethic.

· A team player but able to work under own initiative.

· Customer focused, respecting the property being neat and tidy on the job.

Qualifications, knowledge and experience:

· Full valid UK drivers licence

· CSCS card preferred but not essential

· NVQ Plumbing trade qualification

· Experience working on small to large scale jobs

· Have a proactive approach to both our company and the client.

· Excellent Health and Safety awareness
