Exciting career opportunity for a Wellbeing Subject matter expert to join our Wellbeing team and play a pivotal role in supporting our people, through the firmwide Wellbeing strategy and through behaviour and culture change programmes.

Reporting to the Head of Wellbeing within Enabling Functions, you will work as part of the team to support the day to day Wellbeing activities, providing SME knowledge to stakeholders and through involvement in a variety of projects. You will deliver Wellbeing campaigns, help develop content and be able to prioritise and adapt in a fast paced environment.

  • Working with cross-functional and diverse teams to provide wellbeing subject matter input on people related projects and initiatives that will embed a culture where wellbeing is prioritised at Deloitte.
  • Own My Wellbeing Intranet pages and My Wellbeing app content, ensuring ease of use, and impactful content informed by wellbeing data and insights that meet user needs and support Deloitte’s wellbeing priorities, working with relevant parties to maintain and continuously improve content.
  • Co-create and promote wellbeing campaign calendar in partnership with firmwide comms.
  • Provide pertinent and actionable insight through the development, management and monitoring of Wellbeing MI, producing relevant reports and impact analysis.
  • Support Head of Wellbeing to facilitate collaboration and discussion across Firmwide Wellbeing Working Group ensuring the Group’s outcomes are aligned with Deloitte’s wellbeing priorities.
  • Respond effectively and with insight to ad hoc wellbeing requests / queries and escalating as appropriate including management of team mailbox.
  • Managing external relationships including external membership bodies and suppliers, as well as internal relationships with employee resource groups and Mental Health Champions.
