In order to be successful in the role, you will need to have a good communication skills both verbal and written, together with good IT skills and the ability to work quickly and accurately, sometimes under pressure. You’ll also need to be able to work well either in a team or on your own depending on the circumstances.

You will provide an efficient and effective general administrative support, undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks relevant to the grade you will also work as part of a group of Administrative Assistants to provide maximum flexibility of staffing resources between the various task areas.
