At the centre of our UK business, Ocado Logistics is a network of high-tech, fast-paced warehouses, spokes and offices across the country. Our people are at the heart of this, and are devoted to providing a first class service centred entirely around our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible shopping experience.
Promoting a culture and environment which is compassionate, open, inclusive, safe and healthy can be a challenge, but particularly when your workforce is dispersed across multiple locations. Whilst our teams are working hard to feed the nation, we are busy creating a wellbeing and inclusion strategy to continue to improve the employee experience and develop a workplace where all our people feel they belong.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing & Inclusion Advisor to join our People Experience Team. As our Wellbeing and Inclusion Advisor you will play a pivotal role in helping to develop and drive the implementation of Ocado Logistics’s wellbeing and inclusion strategy across the Logistics network. By combining D&I and wellbeing within the role, we recognise the synergies between these areas enabling us to adopt an integrated approach and ensure that they are effectively embedded into ways of working.
If you are inspired by creative ideas, want to help people engage better in the workplace and are passionate about promoting a caring and inclusive culture, please read on and apply!

- Share specialist knowledge and ideas with internal teams
About you:
- You will have a passion for wellbeing and inclusion, and ideally a background in one or both specialisms
- Be proactive, resourceful and autonomous with a “can do” attitude
- Have excellent verbal and written communication and relationship skills
- Able to communicate effectively at all employee levels (including upwards)
- Highly organised with ability to flex and prioritise workload to meet deadlines in a fast paced, 24/7 work environment
- Have a team and partnering mindset whilst taking ownership of your own workload

- Positive and proactive approach to team and personal improvement; provide recommendations where processes and ways of working can be improved to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Able to effectively manage suppliers and other relationships
- Experience of supporting multiple and varied projects and products
