Nelson Recruitment Services are excited to be recruiting for a Production welder to join the team of a large Steel and Construction group in Oldbury
Salary: £28,500 (Monthly Pay)
Hours of work: Shift Work Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm & Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm
Working on the Cable Management Shop Floor, your role will include the following duties.
- Lifting, assembling, and welding ladder parts
- Welding finished components
- Jig, fixture, and tool changeovers
- Operating banding machines
- Recording production data
- Achieving daily production targets
The role will involve you welding and using associated equipment and will therefore require manual handling of material.
The ideal candidate for the Production Welder role will be:
- Manufacturing experience in a production environment
- Previous Welding experience
