Civil Engineering Crew ltd is a recruitment agency, specialised in the Civil Engineering and Construction sectors. To complement and strengthen our client’s team, we are looking for Steel fixers to join the High Speed 2 project (HS2) based in the West Midlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and erect the steel components required to strengthen reinforced concrete structures

• Positioning, assembling and fixing of different shapes and sizes of steel rebar the correct specification and tolerances

• Interpret contract information, drawings and specifications in order to assemble and install the components correctly

• Ensure health and safety is upheld around the site

Job Requirements

We are looking for you to have as a minimum:

• Current Blue CSCS
• NVQ L2 or above in Steelfixing
• Experience : 1 year (required)
• Driving licence (required)

Operatives are required to work outside on a construction site in any weather conditions that are deemed safe.

Work Pattern

Full-Time, day shift, Mon to Fri
