We are looking for an experienced Welcome Pack Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Welcome Pack Supervisor, our wider conveyancing team, and our valued clients.
This is an excellent role for an individual who wants to be an integral part of our in-house Conveyancing Training Academy and is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop their supervisory and training skills.

- Salary: £19,000.00 to £21,000.00
- Reports to: Welcome Pack Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Welcome Pack Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Welcome Pack Supervisor, our wider conveyancing team, and our valued clients.
This is an excellent role for an individual who wants to be an integral part of our in-house Conveyancing Training Academy and is looking for an opportunity to grow and develop their supervisory and training skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Training, mentoring, and providing support to our trainees within the Welcome Pack department.
- Assisting with all work in the department including your own allocation of welcome packs, processing client ID, ordering office copies, issuing contracts and reporting on searches, mortgage offers, freehold sale enquiries and other ad hoc tasks as required.
- Supporting with all incoming correspondence to the department including assisting with phone cover whilst ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Complete auditing and provide detailed feedback for all trainees within the department on their set competencies and arrange additional training/support if required. Key competencies include:
- Purchase, Sale & Remortgage Welcome Packs (Online & Paper), Memorandum of Sale, Client ID, Freehold & Leasehold Contracts, Searches, Mortgage Offers & Freehold Sale Enquiries.
- Updating and managing department worklists and spreadsheets
- Support with the creation of weekly and monthly reports for the Welcome Pack Supervisor and Operations Director
- Reviewing and updating all departments worklists daily including the management of all work allocations.
- Support with delivering group training seminars or 1:1 coaching on all Welcome Pack related competencies.
- Providing cover and support to the Welcome Pack Supervisor.
- Previous admin experience
- High attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office and Google software
- Experience with training others
- Strong focus on great customer service
