Previous foundry experience is preferred but not essential as dedicated training will be provided to expand your range of skills.
The role involves alternating day and night shift (Monday - Thursday 12-hour day shift or Monday - Thursday 12-hour night shift), including a 1-hour paid break.

Essential Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Manual handling ability
- IT literate
- Good organisation skills
- Positive attitude to work, learning and improvement.
Any of the following skills may be an advantage but full training will be given:
- Working with molten metal
- Fork-lift truck license (counterbalance)
- Slinger/signaller
- Operation of bandsaw
