We are looking for Labourer on a Full time and permanent basis.
In this role you will be responsible for the effective and efficient repairs of all building works as necessary, including all associated works within both occupied and void properties using the required tools.

Salary: £ 28,524.67

The hours of work will be Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-2:30pm. Working in Thetford, Bury St Edmunds, Mildenhall, Newmarket and surrounding areas.
Please note that you will be required to drive to multiple different places of work, however a company vehicle will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for the effective and efficient repairs of all building works as necessary, including all associated works within both occupied and void properties using the required tools.
2. To assess and carry out accurate planned repairs efficiently and effectively maintaining our company ‘Right First Time ‘approach towards our
customers.
3. To ensure that the work is undertaken in a timely manner, whilst maintaining a high standard ofworkmanship.
4. To manage customer enquiries, responding in a professional manner coordinating with our Operations Centre.
5. To undertake any other duties as required by the Group from time to time, if these duties are of a greater level of responsibility or skill that those required in the post, then full training and appropriate supervision will be provided.
6. Work on own initiative to ensure that all repairs are carried out efficiently to ensure the right level of customer satisfaction is achieved
7. Take personal responsibility for own Health, Safety and Welfare and that of colleagues in the workplace.

Essential Requirements:
Full Valid Manual Driving Licence.
A Good Knowledge of general building and construction industry
Good understanding and knowledge of basic Health and Safety.
