Richfields is an independent breakfast café serving up creative food, great drinks and good vibes!

We serve brunch, so all shifts fall between 8.30am and 4.00pm – perfect hours to easily fit the important things in life around work.
We are looking for a friendly, personable, and professional server to join our team on the weekends.
You’ll be welcoming customers, providing table service, making great coffee, cocktails, smoothies & shakes, and assisting in maintaining the café.
On busy shifts you’ll work closely with the rest of the front of house team to provide smooth professional service, and during quieter times you’ll be able to work independently, prepping up, stocking up, and keeping up with day-to-day café life!
The ideal candidate will have great eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, someone who is quick on their feet, has an outgoing personality and an all-important ‘can do’ attitude to life!
The role is permanent, and we are looking to hire someone that can work with us over the summer and beyond.

We’ve got up to 11 hours available over the weekend. There are potentially more weekday shifts available as your experience grows.
We do need all candidates to be available over the Reading festival weekend (24th – 28th August).
The start date for this role is flexible.
