Job description
Kaleido is an independent Grab & Go chain doing Salad rolls / Salad-sandwich (www.kaleidorolls.com). We now looking for a weekend store manager for our Oxford Circus location
Saturday: 09h30-18h30
Sunday: 09h30-17h30
£12/h + £1/h of bonus
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Display salad rolls and additional offerings for sale
- Implement H&S procedures
- Manage stock
- Great service to our clients
- Clean up the serving trays and the store/counter at the end of the day
- Maintain sales targets & ensure KPIs are exceeded
- Share Kaleido mission & values with your team & our clients
Apply if you have:
- Previous Experience as store manager or assistant store manager
- Have been responsible for managing day to day data and stock
- Enthusiasm to grow within a brand
- Strong attention to detail
- Lead by Example
- Great communication skills with both colleagues and clients
- Are 100% reliable. We are a family business and do not tolerate no shows.
