As a Weekend Sales Advisor your key role will be to meet and greet customers visiting the showsite. Offering a welcoming and engaging service you will support the sales team by guiding customers round the range of buildings and taking details in a consultative style which will support the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with new and existing clients both face to face and over the phone
  
• Proactively approach customers as they enter the showsite or while browsing
  
• Confidently talk about, and introduce customers to the full range of Crane Garden Buildings
  
• Guide customers through the range of offers and service available, building rapport and understanding their individual needs
  
• Introduce customers to the Sales Design team and book appointments as required
  
• Assist the Sales Designer with administration and customer service calls
  
• Put together brochures and samples ready to be sent out to potential clients
  
• Ensure the site is clean, tidy and inviting for our customers and reflects the high standard of presentation and quality associated with the Crane brand
  
• Attend meetings and training as required
  

Skills & Experience required:

• Have a passion for delivering the very best customer service, creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience for our customers
  
• A proactive team player with excellent communication skills, self-confident and the ability to work in a busy environment
• A courteous and professional manner
  
• A willingness to learn and become an expert in the full product range
  
• Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday and do a minimum of 6 hours per day.

As this role involves working directly with the public, the successful applicant will be subject to a basic criminal record check from the Disclosure & Barring Service prior to appointment.

Salary: £10.90 per hour
